This policy describes how Sun Readers Sourcing handles information submitted through public pages and the inquiry form. We are an independent sourcing partner. We do not operate a consumer retail checkout on this site.

Inquiry fields may include name, work email, phone, company, product specifications, quantity, destination, optional budget notes and optional supplier preference. Helper fields without backend names are merged into the requirement text at submit time when JavaScript is available.

How we use it

We use the information to restate a procurement brief, request factory quotes and reply to the contact path you provide. We do not sell inquiry data as a marketing list. Named suppliers receive only the scope needed to quote.

Retention and access

Inquiry records remain available for coordination with the request you opened. Contact us through the form if you need a correction to contact details you submitted. Do not send payment card numbers through this form.

Limits

This site does not publish a verified street address or switchboard. Pages about reading sunglasses describe how to write a comparable request; they are not fitting instructions. Safety markings belong to the named model sheet a supplier cites. Optional budget and supplier-preference helpers do not create separate backend columns; when JavaScript is available they are appended to the requirement text at submit time so factories still receive one written scope.
